Using anti-inflammatory essential oils like Lavender and Copaiba, in the right way*, can help alleviate some of the pain, swelling, and tendernous (see what I did there?) associated with tendon inflammation.

Tendinitis can be tricky to treat, as it has even less blood flow than ligaments and muscles. HOWEVA I have a hack that helps increase chances of absorption and penetration of the essential oils – and lemme tell ya it works.

The anti-inflammatory essential oils I've included in these (three!) recipes* are also analgesic for extra pain-relieving power. You're welcome!

Oh, and you'll want to use a high dilution more than once a day for effective results.
