Before using essential oils for stomach upset or a nauseas feeling related to digestion, there are other things that can be beneficial, such as chamomile tea, peppermint tea, ginger tea, and candied ginger.

Inhaling calming/stomachic essential oils can help alleviate symptoms of an upset stomach, indigestion, nausea, etc.

Some essential oils which may help when inhaled are Ginger, Spearmint, Sweet Marjoram, and Sweet Orange.
