Using Helichrysum Essential Oil Safely

Heli_header

This week's essential oil class is on Helichrysum essential oil. Below you will find class recordings and all of the materials you need to learn about and use Helichrysum.
Undiluted Helichrysum can be a bit on the pricey side but there are affordable places to buy it such as Tropical Traditions. Helichrysum hydrosol also works great.
Another more affordable option is buying a pre-diluted Heli. Please look into Aura Cacia Helichrysum. (This is diluted to between 3 and 5%, so you need to use about 20 drops pre-diluted to equal 1 drop of undiluted Heli.)

Where to purchase Helichrysum essential oil (and why is it so expensive?

You can find a list of brands I purchase (and do not purchase from) here: Brands.

As a FYI…the pre-diluted Helichrysum from Aura Cacia can be found here on amazon. The best price for the undiluted Helichrysum is on Edens Garden (and they are also one of my recommended brands!).

Helichrysum is one of the more expensive essential oils due to the flowers being both small and having very little yield – somewhere around 0.2%.
